The Corporate Finance team specialises in providing general corporate finance advice and access to capital for quoted and unquoted companies and their owners. The team has expertise in a full range of corporate finance advisory services, ranging from private placings, flotations and subsequent fundraising, to acquisitions and disposals, mergers and demergers, public offers including advice on the UK Takeover Code.
The team acts as adviser to both private and quoted companies as a UKLA sponsor for companies on the Official List, a nominated adviser to companies quoted for AIM and as a PLUS Corporate Adviser.
We look to build long term relationships with our clients through developing a sound understanding of our clients’ businesses supported by upon the quality of our advice and commitment to our clients.

Westhouse Securities acts as an adviser and broker to around 90 UK and international companies with particular focus on Oil & Gas, Mining, Support Services, Telecoms, Media, Technology, Renewables and Specialist Growth. This focus complements the sector coverage by our Research team.

Corporate Finance in conjunction with our Corporate Broking team can provide the full range of investment banking services to its clients. The team's in-depth knowledge and innovative approach is drawn from years of experience advising a wide range of clients, from fully listed FTSE 100 and AIM quoted companies through to private companies and individuals. We provide innovative, proactive advice with a view to executing client business as smoothly as possible.
IPOs
The Westhouse team has considerable experience gained over many years in floating companies. As well as our UK focus, our international experience and expertise means that Westhouse welcomes enquires from companies around the world who are considering accessing the London equities market.
Fundraising
We act on many secondary fundraisings for quoted companies, via placings, open offers and rights issues on both the Main Market and AIM. We also conduct selected private placements and pre-IPO fundraisings.
